The staff was very easy to talk to regarding a late check in. I found it simple to work out a way to seamlessly get checked in after business hours. the supermarket on the ground floor is a plus. i found the wifi connection good. the reception manager seemed helpful. They allowed me an early checkin.

the apartment door had a large gap. this let in all echoing sounds from the stairway. there was a lot of noise, it was a friday and a lot of parties were going on.

The room was spacious and comfortable. I appreciated the fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals. The tram stop right outside made getting around the city very easy. Reception staff were very friendly.

I appreciated the location in a quiet area. The staff was friendly and helpful, I thought that was great. Tram line 15 is right in front of the hotel (very convenient!).

The heating schedule was managed by the hotel, not by me.

The room was a studio. It featured lots of space to store clothes and the interior had interesting design elements for kids. I found the hotel is near both bus and tram stops, so there was very good connection with the city center.

The apartment door had a large gap. All sounds from the stairway entered the room.

the location was good! the tram stopped right in front of the building, and , made getting around easy. the apartment also had good facilities.

the equipment list mentioned a coffee machine! it was not there, only a moka pot. also, i was charged for two days of cleaning, but the cleaning never happened.
